The Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Department of Labor (CNMI DOL) invites employers across Saipan to attend an upcoming Employer Outreach event focused on strengthening compliance and improving data integrity across the workforce system. This is the same outreach session that was held on Tinian in January, and on Rota in February.

This initiative directly supports CNMI DOL’s 2026 Strategic Goals, particularly the department’s commitment to enhancing compliance to improve the accuracy and reliability of workforce data. Strengthened data integrity is essential to informing sound economic planning, workforce development strategies, and policy decisions that benefit both employers and the broader CNMI community.

The outreach sessions will provide employers with important updates, guidance, and technical assistance related to key compliance areas, including reporting requirements, workforce participation, and department processes. Employers will also have the opportunity to engage directly with DOL divisions, ask questions, and receive clarification on policies and procedures.
