CNMI Department of Labor Reminds Businesses of CNMI Law regarding Reduction in Force (RIF) and Closure Notices
The CNMI Department of Labor is reminding all employers that timely communication with the Department and affected employees is required in the event of a Reduction in Force (RIF) or business closure, as outlined in § 80-20.1-240 of the CNMI Administrative Code.
