Secretary of Labor Leila Staffler met with representatives from the Philippine government’s migrant worker office this morning. Labor Attaché Saul T. De Vries and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Welfare Officer, Ms. Mae Codilla with two staff members – who are visiting the CNMI this week, joined Secretary Staffler for discussions.
